Founders Workshop is a company based in Arizona. We create web and mobile apps for non tech founders of tech startups. We partner with our clients to provide exactly what they need to get their first version software into the market on time and on budget.
Role Summary
An opportunity to lead a talented team of developers creating software solutions for a wide variety of founders and entrepreneurs. Your day will include leading development, mentoring and managing team members, and architecting solutions. Our Team Leads seek to understand, bring out the best in their team members, and support our clients from idea to execution.

What you’ll do
- Manage all technical aspects of assigned project(s)
- +3 years experience releasing apps for app store and google play
- Define architecture based on understanding and applying client’s goals to technology
- Oversee development tasks and control quality and progress
- Prioritize tasks and remove blockers for team members
- Help grow our team by interviewing, evaluating, and mentoring developers
- Collaborate with clients, company leadership, and project team
- Attend and participate in team meetings
- Communicate effectively and proactively
- Keep development on schedule and on budget
What we need
- Leadership or supervisory experience with strong management skills
- Effective time management skills and ability to shift effort based on changing priorities
- Desire to improve experience for our clients and our team members
- Someone who embraces challenges and has a “get it done” attitude
What we’d love
- Experience working with startups, entrepreneurs, and / or product development
- Willingness to take ownership of team experience and their work output
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies
- React Native
- React.js
- Node.js
- .Net
