Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by conducting functional testing, integration testing, and load/stress testing (not mandatory, but would be nice to have). The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in quality control testing with experience in mobile, web, and API.

Who we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in quality control testing with mobile applications.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality control testing with web applications.
• 1-2 years of experience in writing requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of functional testing and integration testing.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, and AIO).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
• Experience with Agile methodology is an advantage.

Bonus points if you have worked in a startup or owned your own business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute test cases and test plans for functional and integration testing.
• Identify, document, and track errors during testing. We use Jira for bug reporting, so you should be familiar with its basic structure for efficient reporting.
• Collaborate with developers and other teams to ensure that the software meets functional and performance requirements.
• Ensure software compatibility with various devices, platforms, and operating systems. Continuously improve the testing process and procedures.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates on testing.
• Conduct load and stress testing (optional) to ensure that the software can handle high levels of traffic and usage.
